What We Bake
Below is just a small sample of what we make.
French Macarons
Naturally wheat free, our french macarons come in a variety of flavors but are always free from artificial colors and flavors. We prefer to focus on unique, interesting, and seasonal flavors. Strawberry Rhubarb, Lemon Pie, Apricot/Honey/Bee Pollen, Earl Grey, and Grapefruit/Fennel Pollen are just a few examples.
Mexican Wedding Cakes
Every culture has a version of this cookie, but ours is wheat free and includes pecans and lots of icing sugar on top. Excellent with a cup of tea or coffee, this is easily one of our favorites to make and eat.
Chocolate Friands
Traditional friands are usually almond flour based, but we've taken some inspiration from our most favorite bakery on earth, Tartine in San Francisco, and translated it into our own wheat free, chocolate version.
Financiers
Our wheat free take on the classic small french cake typically made with beurre noisette (browned butter). We also make a chocolate version.
Classic Chocolate Chip
We've got two versions of this classic cookie; wheat free, or vegan/wheat free/refined sugar free. Both have a mix of semi-sweet and dark chocolate and are the perfect mix of crispy edges and chewy middles.
Vegan Salted Peanut Butter Cookies
You'd never guess these are vegan! Crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside with the perfect amount of flaky sea salt.
